Cap Nuts and Seals

Harnessflex Sealed bodies support a nominal conduit diameter via their default Cap nut and Seal pairing (the largest conduit size in the conduit diameters list).
Reducing cap nut and seals are also available, which support smaller conduit diameters than the nominal standard.

Swivel Rings

Swivel rings provide an option to convert the conduit fit from a sealed non-rotating connection, to a non-sealed freely rotating one. Swivel rings are available for the nominal conduit diameter of a sealed body, via a the standard cap nut (no reducing fittings).

Replaces SRN seal to provide a rotating joint.
Swivel capability converts sealed fittings into freely rotating IP40 fittings for dynamic applications.
Split C ring design sits tightly into conduit corrugations.

Face Sealing Washers / Lock Nuts

High Quality face sealing washers in TPV Material and Lock Nuts made of Nylon to suit standard threaded sealed fittings.

TPV

Resistant to: Water, acids, ethanol, glycerol, methanol and propanol, hydraulic brake fluid and antifreeze.

Polyamide 12 Nylon

Resistant to all under bonnet oils, greases, fuels, cleaning fluids and synthetic fluids.
