Description

The ABB Harnessflex HTC conduit is a flexible, high-temperature modified co-polyester conduit designed to provide reliable cable protection in applications exposed to sustained elevated temperatures. Combining excellent flexibility with outstanding mechanical strength, HTC is ideal for protecting electrical wiring and cable harnesses in demanding automotive, industrial and heavy-duty environments.

Engineered for long-term thermal performance, HTC conduit is suitable for continuous exposure to temperatures of up to 190°C, while maintaining excellent resistance to impact, fatigue and mechanical wear. It also offers outstanding resistance to automotive oils, fuels, greases and many industrial chemicals, ensuring dependable cable protection in harsh operating conditions.

Applications

HTC conduit is specifically developed for high-temperature cable management applications where conventional conduit materials may not provide sufficient thermal performance.
